Barcode & RFID data capture with freedom
Innovative rugged scanner with exceptional ergonomic design, combining multiple advanced data capture options, ample battery life and hands-free system with magnetic accessories. This one-of-a-kind scanner can offer over 40 continuous hours of use and a quiescent full shift. It provides all features required to act quickly, efficiently, and can be easily fully customized thanks to a special set of barcodes. End-users can also experience maneuverability and comfort in intensive scan applications, using the magnetic shoulder strap. The hybrid design with a laser or imager scan-engine combined to the RFID option, provides an economical solution for companies integrating progressively RFID tags.
Main Features
Ergonomic design and maneuverability: another strength of the Budgie is the flashlight design that ensures ease of use especially associated with the magnetic shoulder strap for a fast grab and hold over. Thus, at any moment, end-users can grab the Budgie with a superior confort following the natural movement of their hand and arm
Performances: the Budgie was designed to withstand rigorous use in extreme environments with a wide variety of working conditions, and outstanding data capture capabilities. Our engineers have also given great importance to the power consumption factor offering over 40 continuous hours of use with a single full charge (and at least 20 hours at -4°F/-20°C).
Customization: special attention has been given to the Budgie settings to make it easy and fast by scanning barcodes. That way, IT requirements related to labels and end-user preferences are automatically configured within a few seconds.
Hybrid RFID: multiple laser scan-engines options (combined or not to RFID), allow to determine which Budgie is most relevant and appropriate for the customer’s needs. The ability to read 1D and 2D barcodes as well as RFID tags will be particularly appreciated by companies progressively deploying RFID solutions and tags.
